How to set up RSVP?

1. Go to Website area using Main navigation bar

2. Go to Pages tab in the left navigation bar:

3. Be sure that RSVP page is public.

4. If needed, edit text and colors for RSVP section directly in the page editor

5. Go to Planning Tools area to setup RSVP preferences

6. Go to Events tab in the left navigation bar

7. Check that RSVP required toggle is ON for the Event

To edit event settings open Event profile, switch toggle ON and click to Save button.

8. To adjust RSVP settings - select RSVP Settings in the left menu

Edit:

  • Message that will appear after member of household enters name in RSVP section on the website
  • Descriptions for RSVP forms for events
  • Email notification section
  • Confirmation messages for guests

9. Edit Meal choice for the event

10. Set RSVP password in Household profile  - it will be used by Guests on Wedding website

Go to Guest List page

Open Household profile and set RSVP password that Gust will use on the wedding website to RSVP.

Send login data for RSVP to guest via comfortable way (e-mail blast area, e-mail, skype etc.)

11. Check also in Household profile if all members were invited to the event as only invited members of household will be displayed on RSVP form at wedding website.
