1. Go to Planning tools area.
2. Go to Guest list tab
3. Open Household profile:
4. Fill in household name, Side and Note (if desired)
You can add additional sides by clicking on “Add side” button:
Enter side name and save it:
5. Add household members
Household should have at least 1 member.
Use “Add guest” button to add additional guests. A new row will appear where you can enter data about a guest:
One of household’s members should be marked as Main contact. All correspondence and notifications will be addressed to Main contact.
If you don’t know the name of a guest who is accompanying your invited guest, you can mark that guest as Unspecified.
Select the Child checkbox for children in household.
Enter First name and Last name of a member and set Relationship between this member and Main contact of household. Select “Main” as relationship for the main contact.
Select Role of the member on wedding day. Roles can be Bridesmaid, Groomsmen, Maid of Honor, Best Man, Usher, Minister, etc.
Add any Note if needed.
Similar to adding Sides (see above), you can add Relationship and Role if needed:
After all changes - save household information:
4. Fill in household contact information
IMPORTANT: Enter E-mail if you want to send e-cards or e-mails to household through E-mail blast area.
In addition to address details, phones and e-mails, you can set use the checkbox for Out of Town and Needs Hotel to track how many households/guests need accommodations.
Enter RSVP Password in the field or generate it automatically to protect login area to RSVP at your wedding website:
If you don’t set a password, then the Main contact of household will login to RSVP area entering just their first and last name.
If you set a Password, you can send the password to household using E-mail blast service.
Fill the field Save the Date Sent to keep track of the date when you sent Save the date card to the household. If you sent Mass E-cards, you will be able to fill in one date for all the cards sent at that time.
